This website and online store (the "Site") are operated by Osso, an individually owned business located at 136 Brandy Mill Dr, Etna, OH 43062, United States ("Osso", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have your parent's or guardian's consent to use the Site. You may not use our products or the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colors and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your screen, and we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the actual product. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in pricing or product information and to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been submitted. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and you authorize us (through our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes.

5. Orders

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and exchanges

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photography and design — is owned by or licensed to Osso and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Licking County, Ohio.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
