Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Osso offers free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods such as sales and the holiday season, processing may take slightly longer; we'll notify you by email if your order is delayed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 5–8 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is therefore 6–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also follow your order on our Track Order page.

Holiday shipping

To receive your order in time for a holiday or special occasion, please allow up to 11 business days from the date you order. We'll post any holiday cut-off dates on our website.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only before your order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Taxes

Applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
